If your plan is just to have a place to sleep, this hotel is great for that. The room was comfortable and quiet, perfect for getting a good night’s rest. We didn’t try the breakfast or use any of the hotel amenities, so I can’t comment on those. We literally just slept there, and for that purpose, it worked really well. Would recommend if you just need a comfy place to sleep.
It's a very nice modern hotel. The people were excellent. Great breakfast and very good value for the money. We were pleased with our stay.
The bed was soooo very comfy. The room, carpet and bathroom was clean. It wasn't loud and we slept very well.

I love the lobby of this hotel. So homey. Breakfast was good. Love the muffins! Eggs and sausages are moist. We booked an accessible room. Unfortunately, there's only one handle bar inside the bathroom. No bathroom seat. Just 1 trashcan in the room. Only in the bathroom. No hangers either. .
HORRIBLE !! We rented a room for the night , got off the elevator and the stench of mold, must and mildew hit us straight off. Was hoping the smell was just in the hallway but boy were we wrong. Went down let the lady at the front desk know so she gave us a room on another floor. Same thing. Decided we just couldn't stay there at all. The front desk girl was really nice about it. This was September on the 7th of September. She told us we'd have a refund within 7 to 10 days. Nothing yet. Talked to this hotel and the corporate office and still have not received any type of compensation for it. I love staying at Whyndum hotels but this has really left me with a questionable thought of how they allow certain people to open hotels with their backing.
My family and I stayed here for a bit while we looked for a home in the palatka and surrounding areas, and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff members are so kind and caring, as well as management. We've stayed in a few hotels since we've started this journey and it has the most comfortable beds and pillows of them all. If I ever need to stay close to st Augustine again I will definitely stay with them again.
Very happy with the overall experience. Rooms clean with hard floors. No carpet, no smells! Thank you. Bathroom clean. No complaints. Breakfast was very good with waffles, sausage and eggs.
